The JVB Structured Products team was established in early 2006. With a combined industry experience of over 30 years, each of us bring our own unique talents to serve our broker dealer clients with a personal, hands-on approach, setting us apart from others in the market.
From our headquarters
in Boca Raton, Florida, JVB Financial Group, LLC operates as a
full-service investment firm specializing in fixed income
securities. Owned and operated by a team of seasoned and
knowledgeable professionals, JVB combines the advantages of intimate
size and extensive experience. With roots in the wholesale and
institutional side of the fixed income industry, our management and
principals have served with major financial institutions, developing
and running successful fixed income trading departments.
Founded originally to
serve the needs of the dealer community, JVB has seen its product and
customer base continue to evolve. As the financial markets have
grown in complexity and diversity, we have expanded our facilities, our
data and communications capabilities, and our professional staff, and
we have added a broader list of sophisticated fixed income
products. While focusing on retaining our intimate character, we
continuously seek such improvements in order to help our customers take
advantage of the evolving financial markets and tailor the risk-return
elements of their portfolios.
JVB focuses on the
specific needs and goals of our customers. Using a team approach,
our traders and salespeople work side by side to provide a timely flow
of information. We are able to assess quickly the needs of our
customers, identify and aggregate appropriate product, apprise
customers of opportunities, and provide efficient transaction execution.
Our employees are
among our most valuable assets. Their dedication to providing
excellent customer service is carried out by committed staff. This
means people who are not only fulfilled working in our company, but who
really engage with what we do, who we are and who we want to be.
Success depends on
the quality of our people and the strength of our culture. Our culture
is built upon a solid foundation of trust, commitment and common
values. It relies on the integrity of our people, based on core
principles of honesty and accountability. As we grow, our success
continues to be driven by their expertise and professionalism.
JVB started with 5
employees and has grown to over 40 today. We have ensured that our
people are provided with enough resources to succeed based on their own
talent, ambition and initiative.
